I used to think that this was a cute picture of Pip being mesmerised by a pretty butterfly, whilst sat on a wall of hearts, but I just found out the actual story behind this image.
Pip likes to eat BUGS (my cat does too, YUK!). Bluebottles, daddy long legs and spiders they're all lunch to him, but his favourites are what he calls 'flying caterpillars'. Yes you've guessed it this is actually a picture of him in stealth mode about to strike. Not so cute now!
P.S. - Since writing this piece I have been contacted by Pip's agent who wishes it to be made clear that SAS butterflies (Stunt Aerial Squad) were specially trained for the photo shoot, and that no butterflies were actually eaten during the making of this image. (Phew!)
