FREE Delivery
We deliver free to all addresses in the UK covered by Royal Mail Standard class.This includes Isle of Man, Isle of Douglas, Channel Islands, Shetland Isles, Orkney Isles, Guernsey, Isle of Scilly and Northern Ireland.
Delivery time is normally 3 - 5 days from date of dispatch.
Recorded Signed For
We can offer Recorded Signed For, where you can track your parcel online. Once dispatched your package should be delivered 1 - 2 days from date of dispatch. Recorded Signed For costs an additional £1.00 per delivery.Special Delivery
We also offer Special Delivery, where you can track your parcel online. Once your package has been dispatched then it is guaranteed to arrive the next working day, not guaranteed for Saturday. Special Delivery costs an additional £5.00 per delivery.
Delivery Schedule
We are currently despatching orders received before 12 noon on the same day, otherwise they are despatched the day following receipt of payment (excluding Saturday, Sunday and UK Bank Holidays).International orders are despatched the next working day from receipt of payment.
Please note that for International Deliveries we are not responsible for any further duties or charges to be paid to the receiving countries Custom Officials. These have to be paid for by the customer.
The times stated are those promised by the delivery companies involved, but sometimes delays occur beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for for delivery delays occuring once goods leave our premises.
Hello Brolly will not accept any liability for late delivery of the goods, and delivery time will not be the essence of our accepting an order.
Hello Brolly will not accept liability for non-delivery, where this is caused by circumstances beyond our control. But if your order has not been delivered after 15 working days from the date of despatch, and cannot be traced by Royal Mail or courier, then we will replace the item at no extra cost.
